I. SHIPPING

A. What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
    • Same Day Deliveries within Metro Manila - Starts at P150
    • Metro Manila - Starts at P85
    • Luzon - Starts at P120
    • Visayas to Mindanao - Starts at P150
B. How long will delivery take?
    • Metro Manila - 2 to 5 working days after placing the order 
    • Outside of Metro Manila - 5 to 10 working days after placing the order 
                Cut-off time of processing of paid orders will be at 4pm. 
           
         C. Can we change the Shipping Address?
    • Yes, if you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us via email or Messenger so we can assist you with your request.
    • Please note that updating your shipping address may affect the shipping cost, depending on the new location. If there is any difference in the shipping fee, we will send you an additional invoice via email for settlement before proceeding with your order fulfillment.

         D. Can we merge our orders into one delivery? 

    • We will ship your purchases based on your individual order number. Due to the volume of orders that we receive, we cannot merge different order shipments under one delivery as this will disrupt our operations.

        E. No pick up nor meet ups will be accommodated

 

II. PAYMENTS

A. What modes of payment are accepted in the Online Shop?
We are now an official partner of PayMonggo (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, GCash)

B. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    • No, we only accept Dragonpay and PayMaya as our modes of payment. As long as payment instructions are followed, payments are approved automatically. 

III. AVAILABILITY

A. Is the item available?

    • Item availability is indicated in the product page. If it is out of stock, please wait for the restock.

B. When will the item restock?

    • We don’t have definite dates for the restocking of our products so please check our website regularly for updates.
C. Do you accept reservations?  
    • Unfortunately, we are not accepting reservations for either console or game. 

D. What are the instances my order can be cancelled?

    • Unable to pay for the item within the allotted time period depending on the mode of payment. Please refer to the table above Table II A
    • Bought more than the indicated number of pieces allowed

VII. DISCOUNTS AND VOUCHERS

    • Stacking of discount vouchers is not allowed (i.e., power ups and digital gift codes)
    • Vouchers can only be redeemed once 

VIII. DIGITAL CREDITS

      This is a digital code which will be sent via E-mail after verifying the payment.

    • Verification of payment will be processed within our working hours.
    • Working Hours: Mondays - Saturdays: 9am to 5pm
    • Sundays and Holidays are considered as non-working days and expect the purchase to be sent the following working day
    • Note That We CANNOT provide refunds for the digital keys that have already been sent.

 

IX. PRE-ORDERS

  • What is a pre-order and can I place a pre-order without any payment? A pre-order allows you to secure your item ahead of its availability in stores or online. We do not accept pre-orders without the downpayment.

  • How can I place a pre-order? In our website, you will see the pre-order tag when an item is for pre-order. Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase, select on the item and proceed to checkout. Enter your payment details and complete the order. Once done, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • What is your available mode of delivery (MOD)? We accept Door-to-Door delivery and Store Pickup. You can modify your MOD upon checkout.

  • How do I settle the remaining balance of my pre-order?

    - For Door-to-Door Delivery:
    You will receive a notification via email regarding the remaining balance and shipping fee details before the release date to settle your payment.

    - For Store Pickup (for pre-orders done via the website): On the release date, You can settle your balance and claim your item at the chosen store you indicated in your pre-order.

  • When will my pre-order be shipped out? Your pre-order will be shipped out as soon as the product becomes available. Please note that the release date may be subject to change when unforeseen circumstances occur (e.g., manufacturing delays, weather). When this happens, we will send out a notice via email.

  • How can I track the status of my pre-order? Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the shipment’s status. For store pick-up, you will receive a call or text message from the chosen store for the pick-up schedule.

  • Can I cancel my pre-order and get the refund? No, the downpayment is non-refundable because this serves as securing the slot for your reserved item. If you wish to cancel your full purchase, you may simply inform us via cares@gameline.ph. This means that you are forfeiting your downpayment and reserved slot of the item.

  • Can I request to change my pre-order? You can request an upgrade to the pre-ordered item at least 2 weeks before the release date, please note changes may depend on the item’s availability. However, downgrading your pre-order is not allowed and is non-negotiable. To request, kindly message at cares@gameline.ph

  • Can I change my shipment method? Yes, changing the shipment method is possible, but you must submit your request at least 2 weeks before the release date. This ensures we have enough time to process the change and avoid any potential disruptions or issues with your order. To request, kindly message at cares@gameline.ph

  • Is there a limit on how many pre-orders I can place? Limits may apply based on product availability.

  • Can I combine a pre-order with other items in one shipment? Yes, you can combine pre-order items with regular items but the pre-order shipped date will be followed since the shipping fee is only for 1 order shipment. Therefore, if you wish for the regular items to be shipped first, kindly separate the checkout transactions to get 2 different order numbers.

  • Can I return or exchange a pre-order item? Pre-order items are subject to the same return and exchange policy as regular products, but only if they are approved as damaged and defective. You must submit a full unedited unboxing video.
    Meaning, you have to take a video before and during the opening of your package until it is fully opened/unsealed, showing the physical item and its condition from different angles. This video will serve as your evidence in case of a damaged item, wrong item, or incomplete orders.

  • When will the pre-order be considered as forfeited? Your pre-order will be considered forfeited if you do not settle the full payment and claim the item within 7 days from released date. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order, please contact us at cares@gameline.ph.
